Yes via UPS anywhere in the world. Custom Taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you offer a warranty?
All products carry a one year parts replacement warranty against manufacturer defect. Return any damaged item to A. L. Enterprise, Inc. for replacement. You must provide proof of purchase with the item.

Are there counterfeits of your products on the market?
Yes, the Chinese have counterfeited our product line. We do not warranty the counterfeit products as they are inferior and are known to fail. Because of this you must provide a receipt from an authorized wholesaler for warranty issues. We will inspect the part to be replaced to insure that it is authentic.

How can I be sure I am buying authentic A.L. Enterprises designs?
If you have any questions about whether a seller you are dealing with is selling authentic A.L. Enterprises products, please contact us and we will be happy to verify that they are authorized sellers. We can also help you find an authorized seller if you are looking for one in your area.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Do repeat customers get a discount?
We do not offer discounts on our products to repeat customers.

Are the rings interchangeable with all product cages?
Yes, with our newly redesigned Curve and CB-3000 all of our rings are now interchangable with all product cages.

Can the products be used at men’s urinals?
A lot of customers say they can use the products at the urinals. They have found that it may be helpful to have a piece of tissue to dry the end of the cage. On the other hand, some men prefer to sit while using the restroom.

Are Points of Intrigue available for your products?
Right now Points of Intrigue are not available for our products.  We are currently redesigning the Points of Intrigue for our new rings.  We will add them to the website when they are available.
