Instructions for the PA-5000™ Assembly: Attach the leather guide thru your existing PA ring. Drop it thru the cage portion and guide the penis thru while holding onto the cage. Make sure the head of the penis clears the end of the cage. Smooth any loose skin at the bottom of the penis back towards the body. Remove your PA ring and replace it with one of the hooks provided with the package. Line up the hook with the locking slot in the cage. Push key into the cam lock and gently turn to lock in place. |

| Cage extender: One cage extender is enclosed for extending the length of the cage if necessary. It is recommended that you use 2 pieces of 1/2” long waterproof tape on each side to hold the extender in place and wear it for one week. If you want to permanently use the extender, put a drop of superglue on each side and allow it to completely dry prior to wearing. Cleaning/Hygiene: Lather head and shaft of penis with a natural soap. Using the right thumb slide the head of the penis forward and up inserting the small finger on the left hand in order to clean around the piercing pin and inside of the cage. Repeat the steps with the left thumb and right small finger to clean the right side. Rinse thoroughly with water. Hold the penis head and back of cage at the same time. Allow the water to freely run thru the cage removing all soap residue. |

| Instructions for CB-3000, THE CURVE & CB-6000 Lubricate the head and shaft of penis with a silicon based lubricant. Put the product on while in a relaxed state. Rings: Take the bottom portion of the ring and put it around the testicles and penis. Insert the top ring with the guide pins. While putting on the other top half make sure to push the penis in a down position while attaching these two pieces. |

| Locking Pins: Insert the locking pin in the recessed side of the rings. Spacers: The spacers are designed in such a way that each spacer fits a particular locking pin. CAGE: Insert the penis into the cage. Push the penis down in order to avoid pinching when connecting the cage to the ring. Padlock: After assembling the ring, guide pins, locking pin and spacers to the cage, attach the brass padlock. Make sure to have a diligent Keyholder! Cleaning Product: Use a mild soap and soft type brush (toothbrush) for cleaning. Do Not use household cleaning products. Note: Always take the time to smooth any loose skin around the rings and cage for the most comfortable fit. |
